On every Tuesday, From 20:30 to 22:00,  We will have workshop talk about Belgian Beers, one workshop will have one theme only.

Workshop Theme:

1. Belgian Beer Introduction

   • Date: 1st Tuesday of the month

   • Content:

     • Introduce the Belgian Beers in the world

     • The difference between Belgian beers, German beers and Amercian beers.

     • The production process and ingredients

     • The difference in flavor between the variety of beers
        

2. Beers Explorer's Tasting

   • Date: 2nd Tuesday of the month
     Content:

   • • Showing the variety of different Belgian beers
        

3. Fruity Beers Tasting

   • Date: 3rd Tuesday of the month

   • Content:

     • Showing the variety of different Belgian Fruit and Sweet beers
        

4. Award Beers Tasting

   • Date: 4th Tuesday of the month

   • Content:

     • Showing the variety of different Belgian beers which won several awards around the world
        

5. Belgian Trappist Beer Tasting

   • Date: 5th Tuesday of the month (June, Septemeber, December)

   • Content:

     • Introduce the trappist beers

     • History of the monasteries and breweries

   • The workshop only available for participants who joined one of the previous workshops.

 

 

 

 

Term & Condition

1. Each workshop tution fee is HKD298 which will provide tapas and 6 to 8 beers for taasting.

2. The tuition fee should pay prior to attendance.

3. Participants can sign up for specific workshop date.

4. The workshop fee is non-refundable.

5. The assigned workshop date can be changed one time only. For the second time changes of date, the workshop will be charged at full cost.
